Superstars are specialists in supplying authentic memorabilia for fundraising events. We have supplied numerous charities across the U.K over the last five years, with proven success helping them raise significant funds.
We supply all our items on a sale or return basis ensuring there is no risk for you. We will also give you generous discounts off our prices to ensure the reserve price is as low as possible. Any money raised over the reserve price goes to you! We send the items out at our cost and if in the unlikely event of an item not selling, we simply arrange for collection – again at our cost. We invoice you after the event for the items sold – there is no payment made upfront.
We have a wide range of unique sporting memorabilia from the stars and legends of sport including Tiger Woods, Pele, Muhammad Ali and Jack Nicklaus to name a few. We are also currently expanding our music and film section to complement the already comprehensive sporting selection. Most of our memorabilia comes from private signings where the athlete has been paid for the signing.
At Superstars we firmly believe in presentation, and all our items come framed to the highest standard ensuring they sell for the highest amount.
All signed items come fully authenticated with a certificate of authenticity and each item is serial coded for security purposes. All licensed memorabilia comes with additional authentication from the relevant companies.
We are able to supply a minimum of 2 items for your event, although most charities take between 6 and 15 items. We do suggest that you take a good selection to maximise your fundraising potential – after all there is no risk to you!

Silent Auctions
Why don’t you let Superstars run your silent auction for you? If your event is for over 200 people, we will bring a range of products to suit all pockets and even provide the staff to run it for you.
Having a silent auction is an excellent way to raise additional funds, and in our experience we have found that some people don’t enjoy getting involved in a bidding war and a live auction can often only involve a small number of bidders. A silent auction will encourage more people to bid in their own time throughout the duration of the event – so there aren’t the same time pressures as with a live auction.
Again there is no risk – we supply the product, staff, easels to display the items and even supply the bidding sheets, all we need is a small area and one or two display tables.
Do they work? ... At a recent event for the Emily Ash Ball we ran the silent auction for them which generated over £5,000 additional profit. Nearly all of the items we provided sold and with the couple of items that didn’t sell there was no embarrassment as nobody knew!

At a fundraising dinner in aid of London Air Ambulance we supplied the charity with 9 items to the value of £3,540, which sold for over £20,000 raising a huge amount for their charity. In particular a very special George Best Photo Presentation raised over £4,400 profit alone!
We recently helped a school in Edinburgh raise significant funds towards an ongoing building project. We supplied 6 items totalling £1,945 and these were sold for over £6,000!
At another fundraising event supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital we supplied 8 items, which sold for a total of £8,750 generating a profit of £4,800 for the charity.
At a Charity Golf Day raising money for the Ian Rennie Hospice at Home and Cancer Research UK we supplied items, which sold for £1,800 generating £1,200 for the charity.
