This package is for up to 9 people to race on board a Sunsail Match First 40 at Cowes Week 2018 for a choice of dates. You will have exclusive use of the yacht for the duration of the day and will be joined by Olympic Gold Medallist, Sarah Ayton, for the day.
Sarah Ayton won gold in the Yngling sailing class in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, together with Shirley Robertson and Sarah Webb, and another gold in the Yngling sailing class in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, together with Pippa Wilson and Sarah Webb.

Arrive in Cowes in the morning for a breakfast briefing and introduction to your professional crew & Sarah in our private hospitality area. Spend the morning cruising the waters of the Solent whilst learning the ropes on board your yacht, under the expert guidance of your skipper and 1st mate. Enjoy a racing lunch and soft drinks on board and then it is time to start the afternoon's race amongst the spectacle of the many hundreds of Cowes Week yachts, while you try out your teamwork and sailing skills in the Match First 40 fleet class.
After your race, you will return to Cowes Yacht Haven and enjoy a complementary drink for each of your team in the hospitality area, ready for the daily Match First 40 prize giving - to see if your team is on the podium! You are then free to spend some time soaking up the sights and sounds in the bars and live music venues of the most famous sailing event in the UK sporting calendar, in the heart of the Cowes Week Race Village.
Sarah Ayton will be with you all day to offer world class coaching, helming and entertaining your guests for a truly memorable day. Your hosts for the day will be Sunsail, the leading sailing company in the UK and the Official Charter Sailing Partner of Cowes Week.
Any accommodation and travel to and from Cowes, Isle of Wight, is not included. Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be fit and able to participate in the activity of sailing.
