COVID-19 Superstars update
We are open!
In line with recent government regulations, our office is open and we have been busy developing our offerings. To ensure customer peace of mind for all current and new bookings, our terms & conditions have been adapted for all experiences. We are also continuing to support charities virtually, through online meetings, auctions, and ‘stay at home’ events. This has been enforced by our wonderful team who have continued throughout the pandemic to liaise with charities, to ensure a suitable and safe fundraising environment can still take place. A significant amount of money has been raised through our online auction platform to support charities during this time, and a huge thank you goes to everyone who has supported these listings.
Bookings
The bookings team has continued to communicate with our close partners to gain valuable information with regards to postponed and rearranged events. All customers who had bookings for the remainder of 2020 have been contacted, with further updates scheduled to be sent out in the coming weeks. If you do have any questions regarding a current or new booking, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the latest information. During times like this communication is key. We want to ensure that the contact information we hold on file for you is correct and up to date. If your role has changed and you have a new email address or phone number, please let us know so we can update our records.

What will happen?
Whilst new procedures are settling in, we request your patience for all rearranged events. We are continuing to follow all guidelines set out by the government and event venues. This is to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and close working partners.
